Is MoveToWhop really free?+
Yes. You never pay us. When you create a new Whop through our link, Whop may pay us a referral commission. That's how we keep migrations free.
Do you need my Kajabi, Skool or Circle password?+
No, never. You bring the export file your platform already gives you (or, on Kajabi Pro and SamCart Pro, an optional read-only API key). Your Whop is connected with Whop's official sign-in.
Will my paying members have to sign up again?+
It depends on who holds the card data. If your subscriptions run on your own Stripe account, Whop's own Stripe migration can move them with renewal dates intact. If your old platform holds the payments (Skool, Patreon, Kajabi Payments), members re-subscribe, and we set up a free trial that lines up with their next renewal so nobody pays twice.
What happens to my course videos?+
Your course structure, lesson titles and text move over, and YouTube or Loom lessons stay embedded. Video files you host on your old platform need to be re-uploaded in Whop. We give you the list.
Does my member list get uploaded anywhere?+
No. Your member export is read and cleaned in your browser. We only send Whop the things it needs to create your products, plans and courses.
Can I keep my old platform running during the switch?+
Yes, and you should. Nothing is deleted from your old platform. Run both side by side until your members are in and payments have moved, then cancel.
